The ClassSmart software suite is available in several configurations, one of which is just right for you and your school! These options enable ClassSmart to grow along with your business. You can expand ClassSmart's capabilities with a variety of add-in modules at any time, as the need for a particular capability arises. The ClassSmart options that are described below are summarized on our downloadable order form.

Before making a purchase, please review the minimum computer requirements necessary to run ClassSmart.

What to Buy
ClassSmart is licensed in one of two versions:

Single installation on one computer: $995 USD
Site license (unlimited number of seats): $1895 USD

If you need just one copy of the program running on one computer, the "single" version of the database provides an economical entry into the ClassSmart system. The site version enables an unlimited number of installations at one physical location. The site version includes network features to run multiple copies of ClassSmart from one central data file.

ClassSmart's capabilities can be expanded with the following add-in modules:

ClassGraph - graphs, charts and metric reporting: $249 USD
ClassCard - attendance recording: $199 USD
ClassCam - user event tracking and recording: $249 USD

ClassGraph provides you with a graphical "bird's eye" view of your school. You can measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, view customer demographics, examine a summary matrix of student lesson types accomplished during a period of time, and see what retail items are popular. Many other similar reporting functions are available in ClassGraph. Please refer to the related ClassGraph Guide and screen shots for more information.

ClassCard is used to take student attendance and provides support for popular barcodes readers. When a card is scanned for attendance recording, ClassCard verifies all lessons scheduled for today, and takes into account absences and special lessons (e.g. makeups). ClassCam monitors the manipulation of transactions, creating an audit trail that can help you resolve customer account problems. Anytime a transaction record is edited or deleted, ClassCam records the event. Please refer to the related ClassCam Guide and screen shot for more information.

All three add-in modules can be purchased for a bundled price of $649 USD.

Technical support is free for 90 days following a purchase and is automatically renewed with a purchase of the current year's upgrade. Technical support costs $30 per incident following the 90 day period. Tech support via email is provided for no charge.

DataMax accepts checks and money orders drawn on a US bank. We also accept Visa and MasterCard. To purchase ClassSmart, please complete the order form and fax the form to us. You can also telephone your order, or send us an e-mail. We offer payment plans in some situations, particularily for not-for-profit schools.
