For technical support, please refer to your ClassSmart user's guide before contacting DataMax. Another technical support resource is the ClassSmart on-line Help file, which was copied to your computer when you installed the program.
Technical support via the telephone is complimentary for 90 days following a ClassSmart purchase, and is renewed automatically upon purchase of the current year's upgrade. Following this period, a $30 charge per support incident applies. Technical support is provided via email for no charge. Please direct technical support questions to firstname.lastname@example.org
