The Mailing Labels screen gives you a host of ways to create mailing labels. You can print labels based on membership category, demographics or classes. You can print labels for just prospective customers inquiring about your business. You can exclude high maintenance and special needs families from the mailing labels. ClassSmart prints your selected addresses on popular Avery Label sheets or directly on your envelopes. The data can also be exported to Microsoft Word for mail merges, or saved to a disk as a standard comma-delimited file. You can also print mailing labels from the student Birthdays screen and the Employees screen and the CardFile.
