The Classes screen is used to create empty classes manually and automatically. Each class is created by selecting an entry from each of the six attributes lists that you created during setup: Activities, Sessions, Facilities, Class Levels, Class Types and Employees. You also specify start/stop dates and start/stop times and indicate which days of the week the class meets to complete a the creation of the class.
The AutoClass, Class Updates and CopyClass functions, located at the bottom of the Classes screen, create classes automatically for you. CopyClass also has the ability to replicate student registration records along with the clases, so that you do not have to re-enroll students for the next session.
After creating your class schedule, use the Registration screen to enroll students in these classes.
