CardFile Security ClassCam Setup Screens ClassSmart’s setup screens prepare the program for usage. There are three main initialization areas: global, class and transaction. Global Setup involves settings such as entering your company’s name and address, logo and programming ClassSmart with your special lesson fees, specifying holidays and enabling ProRate. In Class Setup, you form six attributes lists that you subsquently use to create a class. Class setup also includes importing data and entering student history information. ClassGraph summarizes the individual record information that you have entered into ClassSmart, such as class statistics and customer demographics. The ClassCard add-in module makes customer check-in easy, creating attendance records that can be used for lesson verification and for lesson billing. The ClassCam add-in module creates an audit trail for all records that deal with money. This facilitates account reconcilation in the event of a of clerical error.
